Demotional transfer is better than this. Leaving your Pastors confused on where to start from is not good. This can even build strife and hatred in them, invariably the ministry has edged them on to sin.

Some of these people would have been transferred from their base and would be living in official accommodation. Now they are also to vacate official accommodation with immediate effect. This seems a little too hard.

Bear in mind that some of them will have wife and children.
