Hello guys, I need your help. I have a half plot and With the rise in house rent. I was thinking of just building a small part of my plan finishing a room only with toilet and bathroom together 3 x 3m room 2 windows and bathroom and toilet combined 1.8 x 1.2m. This includes sewage. All I have is a million naira instead of renting I was hoping to start something. Can that amount finish the project?

Yes it will...but make sure you are on ground to manage your material to avoid wastage and again, do your market survey on materials and go with the artisans to buy your materials yourself..always make sure you compare quotations from more than two persons before settling for the better bargain...

Thanks so much you just motivated a brother. I was really scared of being stranded like I finish my money and still the place is not habitable. And no money to rent.
