Why would DSS want to do this? Because they have no grounds to try Nnamdi Kanu, absolutely none. So, what they have to do is recreate every scenario of Nnamdi Kanu on someone with similar profile, in this case Igboho. Make sure he is subjected - but in this case all fake - to every ordeal Kanu narrated he went through. The goal is to build precedence, where they will bring Igboho and try hin on something very trivial and set him free but establish as precedence that he was also subjected to everything Kanu went through and yet the court tried him and convicted him. The judge will cite that and move ahead and try Kanu.
