The government of Tafawa Balewa constructed a 640km rail line from Bauchi to Maiduguri for £19m in 1964. The government of Buhari awarded a 287km rail line from Kano in Nigeria to Maradi in Niger for £1.37b in 2021. Agreed costs had gone up between 1964 and 2021. But why such astronomical increase? Take no government serious.for they takes nothing serious. No to talk of dis government dat does not know, if people exist.they can tell the number of cattles in nigeria.but,cannot tell how many people dat are in nigeria. |
