I don't understand what is happening, I have been trying to get a payment from MoneyGram since last week to no avail. I have visited numerous banks and I always get the same response. "MoneyGram is not available"

What's the best way to handle this?

Thanks, but I have visited UBA, Zenith, firstbank, union, fidelity, ecobank, fcmb and access. All of them have network issues
