I just listen to one of the best lawyers in this country whose name is Mike Ozekhome. He was talking about Abba Yari extradition case and made reference to some historical facts… We have said it several times either here on nairaland or other fora that Obafemi Awolowo was released by Gowon govt not as claimed by the Igbos. Ojukwu had no power to do such thing then. If Ojukwu had done that, Awolowo would have been sent back to prison as soon as arrived home. Read for yourselves
