VACANCIES FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:

TICKET ATTENDANT
o Issue Chip Coins to all drive ins;
o Give proper information on payment and parking methods;
o Assist drivers with parking when necessary;
o Greet customers warmly and offer stellar customer service;
o Ensure compliance to all safety regulations and company policies and inform management in case of violations.
CAR ATTENDANTS
o Manage parking and traffic control in assigned area and monitor all surface and garage parking areas for facility;
o Assist all customers to move in and out of vehicles and retrieve all cars to customers with courtesy and maintain count of all vehicles;
o Manage all communication with site supervisor and identify all visitors and tenants violating rules and provide warnings to same;
o Perform regular patrol on all parking levels and provide assistance to visitors to locate vehicle if required;
o Manage and resolve all customer queries and control traffic at entrance and exists at all times;
o Ensure compliance to all safety regulations and company policies and inform management in case of violations;
o Evaluate parking to ensure optimal utilization of area and maintain safety of all guests;

SUPERVISORS
o Setting goals for performance in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision;
o Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks;
o Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching where necessary;
o Receive complaints and resolve problems;
o Maintain timekeeping and personnel records;
o Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa;
o Prepare and submit performance reports;
o Decide on employee’s rewards based on performance;
o Train new employees on how to manage and use the system and on employee policy;
o Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.

CASHIERS
o Receive payment by cash or by POS transactions;
o Issue receipts and change due to customers;
o Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and there is adequate change;
o Greet customers warmly and offer stellar customer service.
