Another forty-three persons have again been confirmed dead on Tuesday, following renewed violence in the Irigwe Chiefdom of Bassa Local Government Area of Plateau State, North Central Nigeria.

Reports say, the destruction of lives, properties, and farmlands with grown crops, had continued on Monday when suspected Fulani herdsmen, allegedly invaded more communities in the Miango district and killed natives, forcing many to flee their homes.

Recall that clashes between some Fulani herdsmen and the indigenous Irigwe ethnic nationality had left no fewer than 14 persons killed from both sides with over 300 houses reported to have been burnt, between Saturday and Sunday.

According to the National Publicity Secretary of the Irigwe Development Association, IDA, Davidson Malison, on Tuesday while speaking to ait.live said that “While they were still mourning those killed in the previous attacks, Fulani militia herdsmen returned on Monday night and attacked more villages including Chwuyeh, Ntiroku (Angwan Magaji), Isho (Kishisho), Gyeh (Kigam), Kangbro, Hwrr”

Malison added that the total number of recovered dead bodies is now 57, after Monday’s attack where many were injured and hundreds of households razed, while Over 20,000 people have been dislodged, in an operation that lasted more than six hours, he said.

In a swift reaction, the Chairman of the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria, Plateau State chapter, Nura Muhammad, while speaking to ait.live through a telephone Conversation, denied the involvement of herders in the renewed violence.

Nura, also disclosed that six of his people were killed by the Irigwe militants.

I blame the commissioner of police for calling the previous result of the hardwork from the Fulani "only 17 people"
That's why they came back to redeem themselves.
So Mr CP, is the new death toll still "only" ?

You see those fulani guys on Nairaland were praising Lalong, some were even pushing him forward for the Presidency, simply because he has accommodated fulani agenda in the plateau. These same folks attack Ortom for refusing their agenda and I wonder if it won't be long before Lalong regret his foolish decision. Here we are.

I blamed the governor of Plateau state, instead of him to take strong position against the killings, he is busy licking ass of the fulani elites until his people are completely killed

Nothing concern Buhari with the
killing of 'innffidels' , unless herdsmen
are attacked.
