I’ve lived in lagos since 2011.. never really cared for anything else, so I never researched Abuja.

Recently, I’ve seen a lot of super nice pix of Abuja, and from what I see, it seems neater, more serene and more beautiful than lagos. The roads are also a lot better

I don't live in Abuja but a lady once bragged about attending 2 events in one night in Abuja on social media. At that point, I had to give it to Abuja.

I know you love Lagos and I love Lagos too but can you leave your house by 9 pm and go for a party, spend 2 hours and leave the party for another party, spend another 2 hours then get back to your house by 2 or 3 am in the morning in Lagos?

But I think traffic is ok on the weekends

Abuja is the best, u can’t be harassed anyhow, as long as u dress the way you want to be addressed, 6 months to a year nothing go happen to your car cause the road is good, unlike Lagos

I don't why u people are comparing Abuja a FCT that suppose to be competing with washington DC to lagos an ordinary city that even FG refuse to give a special status...No dedicated fund from the FG to improve and maintain Lagos....is just thriving on is own like any other state.

Abuja is the best city in Nigeria in terms of infrastructure and serenity.Abuja used to be the most secure city in Nigeria before the influx of bandits/kidnappers from neighbouring states that is terrorising residents of satellite towns in the FCT.Economically,
Lagos is better as Abuja is known for FG
Jobs and some SME activities.I pray God
