Hello everyone... A pleasant day to you all.
So last week I was just using my phone when I noticed that my fingerprint on my infinix note 7 wasn't working. Initially I thought it was my thumb misbehaving until I went to the security settings and found out that the fingerprint software isn't there anymore. Please how do I fix this? Does anyone have a similar problem?. I tried restoring factoring settings and even ran the normal hand formatting..still yet no solution..please how do I go about it.

Have same issue but mine is on hot 8 just updated to the latest software and wait for like a week or 2 it will come back it self .....if u go any engineer side Dem go just spoil ur phone or chop ur money

I used to have this problem when the phone came out new, I'm done with shits for now. Wait it might still come back

Factory resetting your phone should help, if it doesn't then take it to carlcare to have it checked out
