The problem about this is not how government of the day wish to generate Tax, but it is how the corruption, inflation, insecurities, bad government policies, lawlessness, corruption of justice, selective judgement, ethnic nepotism, and all the bad deliveries of our leaders ( devil himself fears terribly at the mention of Nigerian leaders) in all ramifications, has affected daily living of Nigerian's life.

We should be objective in our contribution to the national discussion.

It takes two to tango. Yes citizens (both the government and the governed) are culprits for those crime mentioned above. But power and chances, privileges and authority has been passed to our leaders to checkmate all these problems.

Do not forget that, these leaders were once followers. They seriously knew what to do, But thoughts like the one you proffered in your post has blinded their reasoning. Think about this. Even when we run to abroad (working society e.g. America, Europe, Asian, e.t.c), this your thought process still lead us to temptations and crimes, as we can see in the daily news. WE need to change our thought process!

Can someone pls just tell me any one good news from this APC led government since they came into power. Honestly Buhari and his cabinet are clueless and wicked soul, all they do since the beginning of their administration is to increase the suffering of the poor masses and add salt to injury, there is no single good news or any benefit for poor masses from this evil Buhari administration. All they know how to do best is lie, blame the PDP for the problem they created them selves, collect any available loan with no reasonable repayment plan and share the money within themselves. Security is Zero under the watch of a retired major general, economy is dead, no jobs opportunity for graduate any more, prices of goods and services skyrocketed as if that is not enough, now they plan to introduce more Tollgate so they could collect 500 and 200 from drivers, plate number fee is increased 50%, Driver license increased by 50%, gas tax, borehole tax, generator tax, and at the end the money they extort from the poor nigerians will end up in their private pocket..
