Jostoman: Odili is no trail blazer. He was a total mess in governance. I lived in Port Harcourt while he served as Governor. I remember the shoddy Rumuola flyover project with two aboveground single lanes on each sides, which often became impassable whenever any vehicle broke down atop. I can only recall how hellish the traffic situation was within Port Harcourt, especially in the evenings when I returned from work, at Olu Obasanjo Road. Sadly, he didn't leave any much legacies to be remembered. Such a shame! I wish him a happy birthday though. 2 Likes |

Sir Dr. Peter Otunaya Odili the man who made all the current political gladiators in Rivers state. Amaechi, Wike and Magnus Abe were all mentored by this man. Wike and Abe still reference him while Amaechi has gone rouge. Sir Peter Odili and a few other past River state governors and deputy governors is the reason Apc cannot , I repeat cannot win elections in Rivers state.
