The factors are completely different.

Afghanistan is an Islamic nation ( made up of mostly Muslims obviously) Nigeria is not.

In Nigeria the Muslim/ Christian population is almost equally balanced.

There is no direct foreign interference in the day to day activities of Nigeria.

Our problems are different here in Nigeria.
go and ready their history. They have been battling with Ethic war like Nigeria since pass 30years most especially from Northern part of the country. And when they supposed to face the mean issues of how to win war with Taliban, they were busy talking about how to include the Ethnicity in National Identification card just because Pashtun Tribe with highest population from Northern has dominated every position in Central Government against other ethnic groups.

I am not so stupid to think that a village is a local government. I live in Maiduguri, Borno state. I have been to more than 15 local governments in the last 2 years, you cannot tell me nonsense my friend, tell that to the idiots who don't know anything. I repeat again, ISWAP is not in control of any LOCAL GOVERNMENT IN BORNO STATE

Next time learn to relax and use your brain.

No part of your copy and paste article says Boko Haram is in control on a Local government.

You just shot yourself in the foot. The article says boko haram controls villages and some parts.

Insults don't win arguments, only constructive and verifiable points.
