Why Don't Bandits, Kidnappers Etc. Pay FIRS Tax? by legendgalas(f): 11:47pm On Aug 19, 2021
Due to present insecurities across the country with huge Ransom paid, I'm of the opinion that taxes and other levies should be paid during each of those transactions.
The rate at which these people demand money ranging from millions to 100 of millions from their victims without little provocation from our security personnel is worrisome and should be condemn totally.
Students are now their primary target because it calls for more attention from the government and when these kidnappers are caught, they get mercy treatment and be sent to prison.
We have endured this for too long and now demand a total end to the insecurity affecting our dear Nigeria.
If this request cannot be achieved, then the bandits and kidnappers should be mandated to pay their taxes once a ransom is paid...
