We all know Nigeria is in her worse times now, and now a landlord is trying to Icrease rent by 30% on account of hard times in Nigeria, is this wickedness or justifiable?
What’s your perception?

30% increment is kindness on the part of the Land lord

Who are you to dictate the amount of rent a landlord should collect? You are even calling it wickedness. I laugh.

When the landlord was building his house, what was your own father doing? If you can't pay the increased rent, move out and pack into the house your father built.

That’s what I’m thinking too but I’m looking for a reason to as I’m not renovating yet, I told one tenant already and he was asking me what renovation am I doing to justify the increase.
