JOB DESCRIPTION:
Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy
Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.)
Sourcing potential candidates through online/offline channels (e.g. social platforms, professional networks, schools, etc)
Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges

Requirements:
Degree in Human resources or similar relevant field.
At least 2 years of working experience in a similar field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Ability to meet a set quota of filled positions monthly.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Ability to conduct interviews on a daily basis.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Located and situated in Warri, Delta State.
