Thanks for offering to help.

I'll just proceed with the £50 payment. Na another one I no go do.

However, the company is quite dodgy. The stated that the standard fine is £50 but can be discounted if paid within 14 days. But the discounted fee is £85 - way higher than the standard fee. I've attempted to pay on their site and it's just £50 that's recorded against the reference number. E go be! We mooove!

Na Code 84 dem issue you be that, If you can screenshot the ticket, I can help interpret to you as I partially work as a civil enforcement officer . Where did you get the ticket? I hope I wasn’t the one who issued you 😹. You always get 11mins grace before an officer can issue the ticket. Seems you totally forgot. Best to use ringo for payment as it would always notify you by phone before expiry and once it’s expired and can be renew on your mobile

Edited: I just read that it’s a private car park and not council owned. I might not be able to help though .the picture attached isn’t bold enough for me to read.

No. A faulty item sold is not termed as fraud so the Bank might not arbitrate.

I WAS WRONG. Lemon laws apply in the UK! Ask for how to go about it. I know the situation with lemon laws in the US, but apparently in the Uk, you are protected.

As long as money was paid and good were delivered, she ain't getting any money back. What she should have done is her DD. You pay for something and didn't get it (scam), different from actual concluded sale that went sour afterwards. Lemon laws only apply in few places, and even in those places it is with a dealer, not a private seller. So fun ore e pe otilo!
The seller didn’t give her the slip document because he promised to mail it to her so she’s claiming fraud. Me wey just buy car for my wife, I ensured everything was fine including documents and servicing history. She go dey alright, I don tell her to call her bank.

Hi All, 2 things. I currently moved form one skilled worker visa to another. According to gov.uk, my family don't seem to have to reapply since they still have visa from my previous employer. Some people say they have to re-apply for another visa, others say it doesn't matter. I feel they need not according to my interpretation on gov.uk. But maybe we misunderstood. Can some one advise. Secondly, I can link you to where affordable snails are available if based in coventry.

Your family does not need to switch with you as far as they have enough number of years to go as you are.

Wow. I also worked temporarily as a civil enforcement officer for one week. I enjoyed the experience though and learnt a lot about cars and traffic rules. But I stopped because of the racial discrimination I faced while working in the field. You must be a tough to do this job.
Salute sir.

We learn everyday. I didn't realise I could apply for limit increase. Thought I would be offered like most Cards. I saw your post and applied to increase to £10k and it was granted. Now I don't have to struggle to stay below 25%.

Need to plan to use my points. I have over 100k points and a Companion Voucher. With this, I can travel to Dubai or further with my family for FREE.

Last week, I stayed at a lovely hotel and got £75 refund based on the offer on the AMEX Card.

Lastly, I don't know if it's a special offer but if you use my code, you get 8,000 points while I get 6,000:

https://americanexpress.com/en-gb/referral/jEDIDASmvK?XL=MNMNS

Ahh, you have already hacked the Amex/Avios levels well. Its easily the most rewarding card in the market. I only pay with another card if absolutely neccessary. Apart from the CV, another sweet spot is using the 4 free lounge access on the "free for 1st year" gold card and terminate in the 11th month. Man dey carry take away cooler join body sef.

Hi All,

My passport expires April 2024.

I just paid and booked passport appointment at Nigeria House London for July 2023.

What happens to the 6 month to expiry before renewal rule?

Will I be turned back and refunded? Or everything go as normal?

Thanks in advance

Just one week? That is surprising which borough did you work in? And the racial discrimination works both ways, have got white CEO attacked as racist for issuing them ticket to black people. I work only weekends though but am enjoying every bits of the job even though one requirement is tough skin to abuses “ I get Go get a better job” phrase regularly but I can understand their pain 😂. Also you should learn to stay away from confrontation by shalaying reason I love car park tickets fine. You will just get back and see ticket on your car ,go and confront council ☺️. The job is interesting if you also use omoluabi and common sense no be everybody you go Dey issue ticket, Since you don’t have a given a target to meet, best you advise more and issue tickets less. I have never gotten into issues because once I sense it, I move on quickly. Who did you have your training with? This also matters as we have some CEO who are known to get into fights and issues regularly. Why would you issue ticket to someone while there are in their car? You should advise them to move. Am working to transit into a driver role though so I can patrol in a car or bike 😃. If you love the job, I can help you with hints to work around any issue you faced in the past. 109 OUT!

NB: you drive around bexleyhealth , welling, Sidcup, during the weekend and see a bearded black guy in CEO uniform, Holla at me 😁
