Take him to hospital. He needs urgent paediatric care.
My son usually does same when he's down with malaria but that doesn't give me the right or liberty to buy OTC drugs and start giving to him. I always ensure he's taken to a paediatrician and tested then the paediatrician will prescribe appropriate drugs and actions to help.

You Can still continue to give Rich Pap for now.

Dont be scared, My Daughter also did something like this.

You can give him gripe water to reduce digestive irritations and also very good Vitamin B.Co Syrup to improve his Appetite.

It could be him that is subconsciously triggering it.

Also do an examination with the orthorhinolanringologist to make sure nothing is wrong with the nose and throat.

Take him to the hospital for a full checkup
