I write this in anger and utter disappointment caused by Aero Nigeria Airline flying Benin-Abuja on sunday 29th August 2021
The ineptitude behaviour exhibited yesterday was pure wickedness and absolute professional unskillfulness
My flight scheduled for 3pm was first re-scheduled to 7pm but on reaching the airport, I was told the flight had been cancelled to unknown date.
The most annoying part of the show of shame was all effort to know when the flight would happen proved abortive as Aero refused to issue statement or send SMS to affected customers.

Early this morning, despite the awkward silence from Aero, I headed to the airport for a show down with the officials of Aero because the cancelled flight scattered my plan for today but on getting to Aero counter, I was told my money will be refunded as if that would restore the meeting i missed this morning due to Aero's ineptness.

No amount of apology can restore what Aero made me miss this morning, I can't stop shaking my head in utter disappointment.
Ministry of Transport has to make laws to punish Airlines that cancel flights in this manner.

So sorry!! it happens so much and the regulators are short in carrying out the responsibility.
