I’M trying to decide whether I’m going to sell my virginity.

Loads of blokes want me, so why should I give my body away for nothing?

I’m 25 and I have never had sex with a man.

All through college, I was only ever interested in relationships with girls.

In fact I thought I was a lesbian.

I had loads of affairs and slept with about 30 girls in all.

But I have never actually had full sex with anyone, so I’m still intact.

Just recently, however, I’ve started fancying men, too.

I’m living in a house with some great guys, plus my housemates have some brilliantly sexy and fanciable male friends.

I’m getting a lot of attention and I’m loving it.

A couple of guys I know are really into me.

One takes me out for meals and drinks.

I know he fancies me and wants more.

But what price my body?

I was looking on the internet the other night and read up on a couple of girls who’d had the same idea. I thought: “Why not me?”

My debts are hideous.

I had a gap year after school, did three years at uni and then travelled some more.

I always thought that my dad would bankroll me but his business has been hit hard by the recession and he hasn’t been able to help me with my loans and credit card bills for ages.

I can’t find a full-time job and am only earning bits and pieces doing cleaning, baby-sitting and dog walking.

My “indecent proposal” could be just the thing to pull me out of the doldrums.

I’ve mentioned it to a number of my mates with very mixed reactions.

A couple of my friends think it’s a hysterical idea and say: “Go for it,” but a couple more, including some guys, are absolutely disgusted.

Yet as far as I’m concerned we’re living in a material world and everything’s a commodity.

Why shouldn’t I profit from my special asset?

I agree that you mustn’t give yourself away, but to put a price tag on love degrades the whole process.

You must do whatever you feel is right.

But please be careful and don’t do anything that you will come to regret later or feel you have to lie about. he left.
