Of course more whites receive welfare than blacks if you are just looking at the raw figures. That is because there are far more whites than blacks in the US. I am sure you are smart enough to understand the laws of proportionality and percentages. There are far more blacks, as a percentage of the total black population, receiving welfare than there are whites, as a percentage of the total white population receiving welfare.

these are the actual figures; only about 11% of non-Hispanic Whites receive welfare while over 40% of non-Hispanic blacks receive welfare. so as a percentage of their respective demographics, blacks benefit far more than whites from welfare and the Democrat party keeps promoting policies intended to keep it that way in order to secure their votes by constantly scaring them with talk about Republicans cutting benefits if they take power. Just look at their ridiculous open border policies which only leads to more unemployment in the black community as more low skilled immigrants come in to take the low wage jobs that are mostly available for the blacks in America.

It caused a lot of backlash because it was a racist comment to make. The fact that you see noting wrong with it again proves your bias because you know if Trump or any Republican uttered the very same words you will definitely see something wrong with it to say the least.

That might seem like a small number in percentage but when you look at the raw numbers; Blacks made up 12% of the electorate in 2020, the total vote was count was over 150 million. 12% of 150 million is 18 million, 8% of 18 million is 1,440,000. So 1.4 million black Americans in America voted for Trump! Biden implied that all of those 1.4 million black people are less black or too stupid simply because they didn't vote for him.
