I am just pained right now.
A friend of mine just swept me off from the ground lifting me up with so much ease with little or no resistance.
People were sorry for me and I felt so shameful.
I know I am 5"7 and he is 6"+ but I doubt if this has to with height.
I have no strength, no weight and I feel so empty.
I am very sad right now and going back to join them feels just embarrassing.
Could this be a medical condition?
Oh great goodness this is really bad.
What do I do?

Seriously, no need to be sad about it, just be contented with your weight. But most importantly, stay outta trouble and rough play.

Beside, your present self is better den putting on Plenty weight (Obesity)

I don't have much to say. You might be heavy, but maybe because the guy being stronger than you makes it look like you don't have weight at all.

Hmm, you just have to start doing strength training exercises. And stop eating junk foods like indomie, sharwama and the likes. Start to engage in fitness and sporting activities. Your bones will become very dense and correct muscles will begin to develop alongside. If that your friend see you again after some months (depending on your body type), he would think twice before misbehaving. You will look fearless and strong on the ground. angry

Back in the day(teenager), I used to engage in traditional wrestling (gidigbo). And the first thing one must have is BALANCE.

Thank you. Not wanting to be a super man though but really so annoying. Even two fingers can displace me. How long can I keep isolating myself from guys play.
The other day, my friends girlfriend and I were discussing then she laughed and used her hand on me. Omo, I staggered. She did it the second time, till she understood I no get strength. Then she will touch and hold me. I really need to make a change.

Op I'll chip in some word of advice for you.

First, if you masturbate you need to stop immediately. Because masturbation drains vital nutrients in you as a man.

Second you need to start eating as much as you can.
Anything that's not junk. You need to avoid sugary drinks like soda and fruit juice.

Thirdly you need to start small by exercising gradually. Make it a habit to exercise every day no matter how little.

You can start with push ups. Try 100 per day. It's not a must to go once. You can do 50 in the morning 30 in the afternoon and 20 at night.
Also do pull ups if you have anything you can hang on, your burglary can serve or even those strong hanger just anything that can carry your weight. You can start by doing 20 pull ups per day.

Also don't neglect your legs. You can start with squats, try 40 per day.

Just start from there but most importantly avoid masturbation.
