"My personality is simple. I am a man in pursuit of excellence. I am out to impact lives. I believe there is enormity of grace of God in me. Freely, I have received the grace and freely, I must pass on that grace. This is one philosophy that guides me. I am looking for better ways, newer ways and more creative ways to do things. " This above statement from Val Ozigbo during one of his interactive sessions is an xray into his moral character and personality. No doubt, the peoples and residents of Anambra would appreciate and embrace the PDP flagbearer as their new leader because of his triangular personality.

Firstly, Ozigbo is a business leader. It is gainsaying to understand and appreciate the role he played at various sectors of the economy. As a banker, he worked tirelessly to achieve extraordinary results in the banking industry. To top the games, he made it to head the largest investment company, Transnational Corporation which is involved in oil and gas, tourism and hospitality management. His method of management is what he termed, "Kaizen"(a Japanese word for excellent effective management and controls). He ensured a detailed auditing of Transcorp records ; by this the company is able to reduce waste and forecast more opportunities. This is the ideal character the light of the nation needs, a man of accountability. A mam who should strives for excellence and transparency instead of waste and sycophancy.

On a second note, Ozigbo portrays a lover of youths and supporter of creative ventures. Do you know how many youths that had been meticulously empowered by the VCO(Valentine Chineto Ozigbo) foundation. Do you also know that during the pandemic lockdown, the CBN COVID-19 relief fund had Val Ozigbo as act as a guarantee with an amount totaling to #100million naira. Who does that, Ozigbo, off course? This character is bore out of love and genuine service to humanity!

It will surprise you that regardless of his status quo, Ozigbo simple and humble approach to life defines him as visionary and a pacesetter. He has an uncanny knack for excellence. Little wonder, his slogan, Ka Anambra Chawapu (Let Anambra Glow).

Many a person have benefited from his annual business plan competition. Through this avenue, young business executives have sprout up and employment opportunities especially in Anambra state has improved. What more can the great people of Anambra ask for than a compassionate leader who bears the interest of youths and elderly at heart.

Another trait of Ozigbo worth mentioning is his love for God and philanthropy lifestyle. A closer look of his story really affirms the saying, One with God is Majority. " Though a Catholic, Ozigbo love is boundless. This is the reason he was inspired to host the all denomination gospel concert, Unusual Praises. An annual concert that features different choirs to minister to God Almighty.
As a philanthropist, Ozigbo empowerment programmes has done alot to improve families and society. His foundation distributed palliatives and created awareness initiative during the lockdown.

His candid love for fellow country is of no doubt. From mentorship to sponsorship, from production to processing of final produce. From banking to hospitality. From earning and now to rewarding. It is hightime, Anambra people decided. to have the impact and desired positive change they have longed waited for. Val Ozigbo is the answer. Like Chinua Achebe's 'A man of the people. " It is pertinent to say and affirm that the lines are fallen into pleasant places and Valentine Ozigbo is a valuable asset. He is a man of the people. His impact has changed lives. Suffice to say, He is the man with the golden heart.
