I can't vouch for any of ds northern governors. For all I know, they are in on it. If not, why would the Kastina gov be contemplating on banning open grazing instead of just doing it outrightly, despite the fact that the state is one of the hotbeds of terrorism. I don't really care for them there, after all they keep supporting the mannequin. My concern is for the south.
