With my understanding, Thanksgiving is a positive emotion or attitude in acknowledgment of a benefit that one has received or will receive. while Sorry, is an expression of regret or condolence.

But i come to understand that the abuse of these two words "Thank You" and "Sorry" somethings hurts when used wrongly, House, how did you express your own sorry and thanks word

Saying sorry or thank you does not hurt anyone. That's just a silly excuse to avoid the obligation.

You have to mean it when you say it, that's all.

Though sometimes you just say it because it's the right thing to do.
