Open Letter to The Honorable Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency, Geoffrey Onyeama.

Your Excellency,

It is with a very heavy heart I had to put this words together in trying to encourage and convince the Nigerian Government to step into this issues of None renewal of work Visa for Nigerians working in the United Arab Emirates and resolve it as soon as possible.

We understand there are some bad elements out here trying to tarnish the image on the country, but also we also have lots of Nigerians doing the country proud and also Contributing toward the growth of the Nigerian Economy by means of repatriation of funds back home.

The hard working Nigerians should not be made to suffer whatever offences that was committed by a few, initially we heard it as a rumor not until a colleague of mine whose appointment was terminated due to know renewal of visa, so many have been sent back home, even without their gratuity and lots of us are believing and trusting God intervention in this issues.

We are aware that the Nigerian Embassy in the UAE is on the issue, but No result to show for their engagement, Sir we are pleading that a high powered delegation led by your Excellency come down to UAE to engage and find a solution to whatever the issues are, if this is not handled as soon as possible a lot us will come back home and the jobs to accommodate us all will not be there, kindly see how this issue can be settled as soon as possible.

We all saw online the meeting between the Chairman, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa and the UAE Ambassador to Nigerian, HH Dr. Fahad Al Taffaq, though that meeting has not brought the desired result but we all appreciated that effort and would love to see more from our elected and appointed government officials looking out for its citizens in diaspora.

Your Excellency we do hope this letter meets you well and we pray for the Grace of God upon your life to impact wisdom in you and your team as you assist us at time a like this, We not asking for financial assistance or handouts, but we humbly request you intercede on for us by using your good office to end this issues, thank your for your understanding.

Kind Regards

God Bless the Hard Working Nigerians in the UAE
God Bless Your Excellency
God Bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria
