Names needs to be changed because names are confessions and prophecies . When ever you are called by your name ,let's take for example your name means "empty head" or "poor man" when they call you that name . They are prophesying a curse and when you answer yes, you are agreeing to the curse.

That's mystical not biblical,  simple and short, its not about your name, its about knowing who your father is,  Jesus could have been called any name, if GOD wasn't with him, he would have been on a suicide mission.

If you have issues with your life, changing names is similar to plucking fruits off a tree in order to kill the tree. Mosquito,I believe in the power of God' Word and the efficacy power in the Name of Jesus.But the truth still remain that if a change of name was the solution to Jacob's problem after several quoting of scriptures in a night vigil etc then changes of bad names to a better one will always make the bearer to carry a better aura to attract better blessings.A word is enough for the wise.THERE IS POWER IN NAMES.

What the Bible does say is that 'guard your hearts, for out of it flows tthe issues of life'. It's what goes on on the inside that matters, not a change of name. If one changes his name and believes in his heart that things will change, its not necessarily his name change but his heart change,

Why is it that people are prayed for and prophecied upon that they become what was said. Remember that when you pray its by faith and its spiritual bringing forth the results physically later.
