A friend of mine requested for a loan of 50k on the Lcredit app
After filling in her details which includes her NIN, BVN,phone number and bank details
She wasn't credited

The problem now is that they have been calling her since last month that she should repay the loan, that she was credited with 50k on that day

We have printed her bank statement of account and sent to the customer care via WhatsApp , all to no avail

They have resorted to take money from her bank accounts and threatened to send message to all those on her contact that she is owing them

How can this be resolved

She should block her ATM card and get another one ASAP. You all should avoid all these online loan apps. Those behind it are crooks.

Is it compulsory the person must use the bank account?

Or you report them to EFCC

If she wasn't credited and she is already being threatened and DEFAMED, God has answered her prayers

She should get a team of laywers and Sue them.
This madness had to stop. All those loan apps get away with their crimes because they don't have a physical location

No loan app can deduct money from ur account unless u have opted for auto debit on their app
