I have been unable to download my PPA since posting came out. I even stayed awake from 1am to 5am no success. Those who did jamb registration understand this system but I suppose with almost everyone having a smartphone, the system has been bypassed.

So I woke up one day and I was asked to visit my local government for physical verification then I stopped clicking to download my PPA letter.

On the 14th September, I did my verification and my page could no longer display.

I thought it was deleted but I left the verification ground without thinking much.

60minutes later, I logged in and it was successful. I went on to download my PPA and viola, it downloaded.

If you are having problems downloading yours, go do physical verification first then come back to your portal.
