Canada Visa Rejected Twice by Fawaz12345: 4:38pm On Sep 16, 2021
Hello guys so I’ve been denied Canada study visa twice now I’m about to apply third time making a lot of changes please I want you to u guys to guide me before applying I don’t want to make any mistake this time. I don’t want it to be after I apply you guys will now start saying I’m meant to do this I’m meant to do that…

And for my family picture
We’re 6 children in the family but two are abroad
Can i attach an old picture? Or new picture with 4 children it in
Here’s my story
First reason
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue

Second reason
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

I also applied for GCMS
The applicant is seeking to study in the College Diploma Program at Conetsoga college in Canada.

I am not Satisfied that the applicant would leave Canada at the end of their stay as a temporary resident,I note that : The client is Single,Mobile, is not well established and has no dependents.

Taking the applicant’s plan of studies into account , the documentation provided in support of the applicant’s financial situation does not demonstrate that funds would be sufficient or available. I am not satisfied thy the proposed studies would be a reasonable expense.

Weighing the factors in the application.I am not satisfied that the applicant will adhere to the term and conditions imposed as a temporary resident.

For the reasons above, I have refused the application

Ps- I was 17 years when I got these rejection so I don’t know why they’re saying I’m single and I don’t have dependents.

……Now my school (Conestoga college isn’t opened for Jaunuary intake now I’ve changed my school to Durham college. And now I’m paying my first semester fees next week to make my application stronger.

In the two applications that were rejected my dad was the sponsor but now I want to change to my mum hope that won’t be a problem?
And she doesn’t really have assets like my dad, land etc. she only has luxury cars like Range Rover Evoque and Toyota Venza.
Can I use her as my sponsor??
I’ll use up to 25m in her bank statement

Hi sorry bout the fact that you were rejected twice.
I'd like to ask a few things though.
I happen to know that all universities have an estimate for the amount it'll cost for international students to study there. And requirements labelled on the website of the school showing the estimated amount to have (in their currency) showing estimated amounts.
Did you meet these requirements the first two times? Cos according to this text, finances are a part of the reason you were rejected and if so, have you made sure to reach the estimated amount on the new financial statement you intend to submit?

Naturally I believe that once you meet all requirements (especially financial ones), everything will be certain

I wish you GoodLuck with the process this time
