Rivers State Football Association has confirmed that 53 amateur clubs will compete in this years 'Keves cup' at the Adokiye Amamsimaka stadium in Port Harcourt. The Rivers State FA Keves cup is exclusively for Non professional league players, However retired league players who have not played for 3 years can play in the Keves cup as well as under 45 players. The winner of the Rivers State Keves cup will receive N350,000 as prize money. The opener will see Citaidel fc play Opkoro united at the Sharks stadium on September, 21, 2021,
