I wonder in this age of civilization and development, why we cannot digitalize all our security operatives in Nigeria; if the police and the military are all digitallized , it will enable the Authority to keep track records of all the activities of their men, who is on duty, who has been dismissed all their track records can be on "check", now in Nigeria,if a Policeman is dismissed in Lagos he can be recruited in Kano which is not suppose to be the case, Diditalizing them will enable the Authority store their data Biometrically in a data bank for easy tracking and to keep tab,also check their excesses, i know it will not stop crime perpetrated by them but it will definitely reduce it.
