Chai, I am getting worked up over my Dell XPS 13 1980 because of the fault it just developed. It goes off at will comes on again repeatedly until the battery drains out. Also it comes up immediately after shutting it down. Please I need a practical solution. HELP ME GUYS. PLEASE!!! |

Is the hard disk seated properly? How about the fan, is it rolling well, does your laptop overheat too? Take out the battery, connect the power cable, turn it on, let's see. |
