"Can he who made the ear not be able to hear? Can he who made the eye be unable to see?" (Psalm 94:8,9).

Just know that the Being who made your ears can hear what you say. So, start speaking into His Big Ear that is in the whole world.

Speak to Him with as much respect as you believe He deserves. Believe He has heard and consider it done because He is worthy of so much trust (see Mark 11:23, 24).

Also, try to pray using the exact words that Jesus Christ taught us in Matthew 6:9-15.

Psalm 23
Mathew 6: 9-13
Psalm 91

From there you can draw up prayer points.

Continuation brings freedom

If I understand you, you can't pray as you see the fellow Christians do pray abi?

I'm once like you, my was even boring because at times the church members will just fish me out to pray for the Church, I will say one or two words and I will finish it with Jesus name I pray.

Na so I just see people looking at each other and burst into laughter.

You what I did?
I go and mix with some prayer worrio, at times they usually side line me but wetin consign me, shebi na to know how to pray very well me dey find.

Latter I come dey go prayer mountain and I always attend vigil anytime there is one.

Na so me come improve my prayer skill o.
As for Muslim the way dem dey do their prayer is different from Christian own, so no matter how if a Muslim converted to Christian he most to experience what you are experiencing so.

My Brother, Prayer is communicating with GOD ALMIGHTY. Prayer is the means through which we talk/ Interact with GOD.

Prayers to GOD is made IN THE NAME OF JESUS.

So just open your mouth and talk with your FATHER In Heaven.
Praise HIM, appreciate HIM, Thank HIM.
Repent from any sin and ask for mercy.
Tell HIM what you Desire. Whether Spiritually, Physically, Financially,etc.
Pray for Others
Thank HIM for answering your Prayers.

First step is believing in your self
During your quiet time picture what you done in your mind and ask the universe for help and guidianfe
If you believe then you should work towards it without fear and watch the universe work in your Favour
If that’s too hard try the easier one
Go back to your roots and offer your prayers there’s nothing evil in that

Start by doing it anyhow. Prayer is a communication with God.

If you were an active Muslim, it should be easy. Pray 5 times daily. It can even be the same time as they pray. Even the bible ask us to pray everytime.


5 “And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full.

6 But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.

7 And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words.

8 Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.

9 “This, then, is how you should pray: “ ‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name,

10 your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

12 And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.

13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. ’

14 For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.

15 But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.

PS: Righteousness is the prerequisite to prayer.

It is too easy to pray. You are trying hard to pray like the "spiritual brother or sister or pastor" you know. Stop this!

1. God is a Spirit
2. God is everywhere (including your heart)
3. God hears whenever your words or thoughts are addressed to Him
4. Prayer is simply pouring out your heart, feeling, fears, joy, worry, needs, anger, frustrations, emotions to God
5. Prayer is not some religiously high-sounding big spiritual language

So, how do you pray.
Prayers are in TWO Parts
A. PRAYERS TO GOD:
1. Address your words to "Your Father in Heaven"
2. Give Him THANKS for the positive things about your life and the things you are GRATEFUL for
3. Worship Him in Praise for His ATTRIBUTES (Wisdom, Power, Greatness, Love, Dependability)
4. Worship Him in ADORATION for His ATTRIBUTES (Wisdom, Power, Greatness, Love, Dependability)
5. Ask for specific things FOR the Kingdom of God on earth, Nigeria, Your State, Your (Church, Christians in need, People Serving God etc)
6. Confess your FAILURES, ERRORS or SINs of the day (if you remember any)
7. Tell Him about your negative Feelings and Emotions and Help to overcome them
8. Tell Him about your Needs
9. Report those who hurt you to God while you forgive them
10. Report the happenings and events of the day to Him
B. SPIRITUAL WARFARE:
This is basically not addressed to God BUT to your SITUATIONS, principalities, powers, spiritual wickedness in high places and their ACTIVITIES around your sphere of influence.
You COMMAND them in the Name of Jesus Christ (ie. Using the Authority of Christ)
e.g.
-I command doors of my favour to open to me today in Jesus name
-I command inthe name of Jesus Christ, satanic agent disturbing my peace be arrested now
-I command whatever the enemies are using to limit my... break right now in Jesus Name
etc.

This is just a guide: It mustn't be religiously followed in any order.

The Lord’s Prayer
(Luke 11:1–4)

9 So then, this is how you should pray:
‘Our Father in heaven,

Proper Fasting
16 When you fast, do not be somber like the hypocrites, for they disfigure their faces to show men they are fasting. Truly I tell you, they already have their full reward. 17 But when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, 18 so that your fasting will not be obvious to men, but only to your Father, who is unseen. And your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.

I pray you succeed in your longing to pray to your Father in Heaven.
Note: Even though you can pray at any PLACE and any TIME, It pays to have at least once or twice a day of FIXED regular time of prayers
