Turkey is better; higher standard of living, generally safer, a robust economy untill late. However, if you can go for better options like Estonia, Czechia or Poland.

Poland and the Czech Republic no longer grant student visas. for Estonia, I will have to travel to Egypt to do the interview because the country doe's have embassy here.
