bro, if you are a diplomat in another country, they will never lay hands on you, if they do it will be an act of war, what I see here is soldiers who do not know their onions they obviously wanted to beat the white man up, until the major or their superior stopped them.. I think the embassy associated with the diplomat will issue a letter of apology to the respective battalion, or whatever their unit is called. The white man acted in his right by not coming down from that car , because issues can excalate when dealing with Nigerian army..
