One right recognized in CHAPTER IV of the 1999 constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is “Freedom of Expression“. This right is seen as one of the inalienable rights every government must protect at all costs.

Although the Buhari-led federal government is working hard to ensure that these rights are well protected, some persons seem to be sabotaging his effort as they are hiding under the Buhari administration to trample on the right of Nigerians.

According to a report made public by Sahara Reporters, about 7 Buhari Must Go Protesters have been arrested in Abuja. The said protesters include Benjamin Mannaseh, Mohammed Labaran, Danjuma Patience, and Ibraheem. They were reportedly taken to Galadimawa Police Station and are now being moved to FCT Police Command according to the report.
