Re introduction to what? Only restructuring can calm Igbo nerves now and that's the minimum requirements

Allow us conduct our own elections .
.zonal political equality where votes from north west equal to one vote same as voting from south east
Allow all igbos to join south east zone

Since, it may not be true of what the totality of the people want. Let Referendum be conducted, then the majority should have their way. After all it was conducted between the UK as a whole and Scotland, and the UK won.

Nigeria can also win since Buhari govt claimed to have transformed people's life significantly.
