The only type of snake that is safe for consumption is the python only, this snake right here is a viper and a very venomous snake and it's not everything you see you eat for christ sake

Snake's venom is only potent when injected into ur blood, not when consumed. Ur stomach can break it down. But in this case, he is eating the flesh, not even the head. So he is safe.
