This is just the beginning my fellow nairalanders

I will be sharing the 3rd batch of evidences soon " My activities at the time of the crime"
There is a phone call record evidence that proved that as the time of this alleged crime, I was actually on the phone speaking with my doctor for complete 6 minutes.

This is the 6 minutes I was supposed to be threatening, kicking, kissing and having MouthAction with this lady.

As the evidence proved that I was speaking on the phone, how could I be the same person doing all those horrible things to this lady?

Do you guys stay on phone call while having sex?

Did you plead guilty to those charges?

Him claiming that he purchased 6 SUVs cash while on a VISITORS VISA and registered and insured one of them is confessing to a brand new set of felonies that he was never charged with.

How’s this considered a felony ?

I would really appreciate you let her comment. I would really appreciate it. She has the right to.
There was an observation raised firstly by you I think then the OP, about all materials she claimed to have come across are littered on the internet for public use.
Has she presented any valid evidence nailing the defendant, or rather she is giving her own narrations, thoughts and convictions on the case thus whipping sentiments against someone unknown to her.
Honestly, she's only being deviant. Her purpose I can't say. But brother, you and I know that is greater than sorcery.

I have taken time again to make more findings from my family in Georgia and I must admit the OP was guilty as charged. He also acknowledged as the person after the footage was showed to him.CASE CLOSED.

Even if guilty, the sentencing is way over the top.

She’s been all over this thread whipping up sentiments against someone that’s seeking redress that he’s entitled to even in American courts. If that’s not witchcraft, tell me what it is?!

Running her mouth that she’s a JD.

Hi OP. In trying to make sense of all your assertions, I have a couple of questions that I would like to ask you, if you don't mind.

You keep buttressing that you wore pants while the attacker wore khaki shorts. Seeing that the perpetrator wasn't apprehended immediately, do you agree that he would have had ample time to quickly change into something else?
Alternatively, you said there were 2 different footages. Where they of the same timestamp, so as to back up your alibi that you were somewhere else?

And about your call records... Was it established that you were on the phone with a MD at the exact time the incident was happening? Not some minutes before or after, but at that exact time.
If so, was this crucial evidence tendered at your trial - was the MD subpoenaed to testify?
If not, why?

Finally, at least 2 people are saying that after the cctv footage was shown to you, you confirmed it was you and pleaded guilty. Is this true?

IF you're truly innocent, I can't begin to imagine all you must feel. God help you!

For the CCTV, from all he has been saying. He was shown the one he appeared in which he wore trouser. Meaning he would have responded to affirmative, that he is the one in the footage

According to him, they didn't play the one with the guy in khaki in court

Can you post the footage of the guy in khaki, chatinent, we are yet to see that one

Listen and read this please

There were two videos involved in this case :

1, The video that showed me captured by the surveillance camera

2, The video that showed the unmistaken identity of the man this lady reported

The evidences I am presenting showed the lady reported the man wears khaki short (911record)

Also the police officer that viewed the surveillance video footage and his report that he saw the man in khaki short

This lady also testified at the trial that the man wears khaki short
And again the police officer also testified that he saw the man that was wearing khaki short

That was the man this lady reported, this is the only video evidence that shows the unmistaken identity of the man this lady reported.

Why is the police hiding this video from the public?

Under due process clause of 14the amendment rights, I am entitled to the video in order to perfect my defense

The jury have the right to see all the evidences that showed any kind of identification in this case,in order to be able to determine who actually committed the crime.

As you can see from the photo I attached I wasn't wearing khaki short and it is totally impossible for me to be at 2 desperate locations at the same time wearing 2 different kind of cloth.

Don't forget the prosecutor protested and objected to in-court identification WHY? Isn't that a normal criminal trial procedure in America?

Everybody want justice for this lady but when you convict innocent person,is that the type of justice this lady want?

How can you get justice through injustice?

All these documents I am sharing were part of evidences that was never shared with the public......so your family or whoever you called doesn't really have knowledge of the evidences I am sharing now.........show them this evidences and hear their opinion again.

Thank you

God will see you through bro, just be strong and God will vindicate you.

I can see the energy and resources you are putting up to defend yourself, help will locate you

According to the records provided here by chatinent, there a few striking facts to this case. And these facts raise a lot of questions.... I think this case was easy for the investigators to solve

-The rapist had access to the complex, as he was seen on CCTV punching access codes on the door knob

- this access door leads to the laundry in the complex

- the rapist arrived to the complex in a car with a distinct tag

- the rapist had an “African” accent.

————-
How many Africans lived in that complex?
Is it possible that the rapist accessed the laundry to change clothes?
Did the car the defendant (Powerhouse5050) used that night have a distinct tag?
Did the defendant admit to this crime ?
Did the victim identify the defendant as the rapist?

————
@ powerhouse5050
I am afraid your current argument over clothings won’t really sway the jury. The rapist had ample time to change clothing.

I often appear before Immigration tribunals here in Canada but i find US law practice and court proceedings quit facinating.

Thank you for your effort 1stGenAmerican

I am in possession of the documents you are talking about and I have studied those document even before it was published...... That document was actually damage control by the Judge.....

If you will take your time and read the Dr. Acton testimony ( check the shared doc. )  it clearly contradicted what you are saying.....

Dr. Acton testimony was based on GBI report and findings......( pls note I did not conduct independent testing on the DNA and True Alleles )

It was this GBI report that clearly stated that the content of the alleles found in the vagina was totally different from the content of my allele profile and he continued that this is the basis for exclusion as the contributor of that alleles.

It was because of the above testimony the Judge prevented my DNA expert from testifying to the jury because the judge does not want the jury to hear that.

So again the DNA does not match and also the alleles was not mine.

Read the attached testimony again maybe you will have better understanding now

Could you please explain to the general public the reason the Judge prevented Dr. Acton ( Defense DNA expert) from witnessing to the jury in the open court,it seems you know that much?

Georgia Constitution Provides:

Title 24-4-707 States :- In a criminal proceedings the opinion of expert on any question of science, skills, trade or like questions shall always be admissible and such opinion may be given on the facts as proved by other witnesses.
Status of witness as lay or expert goes not to admissibility but credibility

See: McLelland v State 203 Game. App 93,416 S.E 2d 340

Expert witnesses opinion on question of science, skills, trade shall always be admissible provided the opinion are based on facts supported by other witnesses and the weight thereof is a question for the jury to deal with as the jury sees fit, giving credence to the opinion or not.

See: Atlantic coast line RR v Sweat 183 F. 2d 27 (5th Cir. 1950)

Thank you for your contribution and if you have more questions, do not hesitate to bring it up.............
