Here's the Nigerian security script:

They hand them over and ask them to simply fill in the blanks whenever they engage in a firefight and send out to the press.

Lols, it's funny reading pieces like this from the military or the police, the use of "superior firepower" or "effective firepower" tends to make me reel...polished articles woulda be fun to read only if our security agents are honest and trustworthy.
