The Emir of Ilorin Emirate, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Dr Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari(CFR) will honour Hon Saliu Mustapha marking his Turbaning as the Turaki of Ilorin Emirate.

The recognition followed the continued and tremendous contribution, progress and good gestures which the recipient has demonstrated over the years in the Emirate.

The Turbaning ceremony is slated to hold on 15/10/2021 at the Emir's palace.

Ilorin Emirate was under old Oyo empire until the fall of the empire and defeat of warring head who conspired against the ruling head centuries ago.
