I know someone that has missed an opportunity that could have changed his life and that of his family.

How can you withhold a call of someone that has put credit in his/her phone not even your credit to call you, only what you can do is to wait for the person first to say Hello?

It's pride! If it's not pride I don't see the reason you would dive into such nasty behavior.

For me, if I have a business to give you and I call you only but you to pick my call without uttering any words, waiting for me first to talk.

If you call a new number, you should introduce yourself! It is just like meeting a new person and wanting them to tell you about themselves without you uttering a word.

It is only a Nigerian mentality where you'll need sb do a job for you and you'll begin to feel you are doing the person a favour. For crying out loud, you are paying for services! You need services! They exchange theirs for money! You aren't doing them any favour!
