Well from the little I know, you need a Licensed Pharmacist to start the whole process with you because his/her license would be used to register the premises when Pharmaceutical Council Of Nigeria Approve the premises for business..

You will find a spacious store in a very nice location, the Pharmacist would have to submit the documents of the premises and the business to PCN before they come for inspection to check if the environment is suitable for the business.

Some of the things they would look out for is how spacious the store is, ventilation, your documents, safety of environment sometimes so you should put all these in place before they come for inspection .
Sometimes approval of premises takes up to 5 months if you don't know someone who can help you fast track the whole process.

When the premises is finally approved, you can go ahead and use the license of the pharmacist to register the place under PCN and PSN for the dispensing, prescription and administration of drugs and supplements.

After that, you start to stock the shop with necessary goods not forgetting to keep enough money to settle Local government and Internal Revenue Service because they will troop in once they sight the new business
