This is a terrible moment for me. I got exposed to a HIV patient on Saturday. Her test result yesterday confirmed she's positive and I'm highly in a bitter mood since then.

I went to isolo general hospital Lagos that yesterday evening but I could only see a doctor on emergency because it's late. The recommended PEP drug for me but the hospital pharmacy didn't have it. All my effort to get it proved abortive.

This morning I went back to the hospital but HIV section is not open because of public holiday. I have gone to LUTH and made every other effort that I can but no good response for now because of the holiday.

Around 7pm today, it will be 72 hours and I have to take the drug before that time reaches.

I'm really devastated right now and need urgent help on how to get the drug today

Anyways i recommend you start eating bitter leaf in carton by cartons after which you eat bitter cola and finally step it down with Vinegar. I'm wishing you the best

Thanks for your suggestions and bashings, but you all should know that what I need now is PEP and my request is for medical professionals that deals with HIV/AIDS.

If you look at the attachment below, I have already spoken with a medical doctor who recommended the PEP drugs but it's difficult to get at the general hospital due to the public holiday. I have also tried so many popular pharmacies in my area but it is not available.

Bringing it to this forum is to know if there's any medical doctor/pharmacist that can help me get the drug here in Lagos

My Brother relax....you will die faster from your worries than the virus itself. Go to the Hospital tomorrow, you will be attended to. Just be positive and hope for the best

I got the report late yesterday and went to a nearby general hospital immediately, but they have closed. An emergency doctor attended to me but the hospital pharmacy and other places I went to didn't have the drug

Check back at any of the teaching hospitals later today, hopefully you'll get help..

For next time, get you and your partner tested BEFORE diving skin-to-skin(not after) to avoid stories that touch.

Before December 30th the vaccine will be available every where. Calm and try get the drugs , no be something you should be afraid of.

I hope you got this drug, too bad I'm just seeing it. I have a friend who works at ifako general hospital pharmacy and you would have been given free of charge so far you have the doctor's prescription with you.
