We are recruiting to fill the role of a Supervisor on behalf of our client; A group of passionate and hard-working action-takers who are in the business of eradicating trash. They research and develop new technologies with the aim of reducing plastic pollution in the areas.

Job Responsibilities
· Assists in preparation and set up for all events and activities in the building.
· Inspect and evaluate physical condition and report recommendations of updates to Manager.
· Coordinates staff schedules and work plans for setup.
· Develop and maintain necessary records and reports such as: equipment and supply inventories, accident and damage reports.
· Assist in and oversee that maintenance activities are executed in a safe and professional manner.
· Oversee that all events are coordinated and executed in a professional and safe manner.
· Works cooperatively with others in the accomplishment of joint tasks and common
· Oversee efficiency of operational processes.
· Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions.
· Analyze business requirements and customer needs.
· Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs.
· Monitor and report on department performance.
· Supervise and train employees.
· Provide administrative support (e.g. updating inventory)
· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulation.

Job Requirements

. A degree in business administration is a plus.
. Minimum of 1 year experience as an Operations Supervisor.
. Excellent project management skills.
. Knowledge of operational principles and policies.
. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
. Team leadership.
. A degree in operations management or business administration is a plus
