Pls help me out.My son is always constipated.He drinks water and yet no improvement

why not ask the people around you, or take him to a doctor.

How much fiber does he have in his diet? How old is he?

I have talked to a doctor about it&he adviced I give him lots of water&fruits.That I have done yet no improvement.He is 3yrs old

Not all fruits are equal though when it comes to fiber. Prunes are good for constipaton. Oranges too and make him actually eat the pulp on the inside not just suck out the juice. I don't think you should worry so much if you are doing everything right. As long as you know that there is not impacted stool

Prune juice mixed with his orange juice every morning will give you several diapers full every day.
The dude has a tough inner plumbing.
He needs some fiber.
