The Olu Adde of Ekinrin Adde land, His Royal Majesty, Oba Anthony Bamigbaiye Idowu, ACA (Ahe-Maworo1) has set up a Seven-Man Organising Committee to coordinate the execution of Alede Olu-Adde Banquet (AOB) which will be an annual event to hold at the royal court of Olu-Adde on December 26th of every year.


According to the Secretary of Olu Adde in council Chief Tejumola Medaiyese, the novel initiative which is exclusively at the instance of the Olu-Adde himself, is to provide an auspicious opportunity of merriment with HRM and also an interactive/review of development session with all segments and critical stakeholders of the Ekinrin-Adde community.

The annual event will also afford HRM the opportunity to appreciate his subjects for their support and goodwill over the years.

Members of the committee are: Elder Deinde Toyin Komolafe, Director-General, Prince Ben Bolarin Faleke - Deputy Director-General, Ambassador Rufus B. Aiyenigba - Secretary, Mrs Remilekun Aiyedogbon - Member.

Others are, Mr Victor Adewale Adekanye - Member, Otunba Deji Toba - Member, Dr. Ekundayo Mejabi - Member.

"Begining from this year 2021, which will be the inaugural edition of the Banquet, this royal Mandate confers on the Team, the authority to establish necessary contacts with all Ekinrin-Adde indigenes at home and abroad, with groups and associations in the community, to plan, strategize and implement the initiative annually.The appointments take immediate effect.
