Female psychology doesn't work like that. At best, you'll get green lights not direct proposal. Because proposing to you will transferred the male performance on her, not you the man.

Op, is saying the truth. Women should propose to men they like too for marriage. Some men may show u green light and may delay to propose perhaps, they aren't sure u are ready or serious abt marriage stuff.
