We are a local manufacturing company here on Nigeria with an established brand. We are the largest producers of cake toppers. We want to sell 3 to 5% equity of our company for 5m. We need a serious minded investor(s) to buy equity from us or become a shareholder to our brand for the next 4 to 5 years. This 5m can generate about 15m in the next 5yrs excluding the initial invested sum. We want to scale up our business and give the business a better structure. sellers4buyers: Yes those stuff bakers use to decorate cake. We also export ours cos of the market niche we have created for our brand. I got my e-statement ready and my sales book also for verification. We have done about 42m turn over in the last 2years. We bank with first bank. In the last 3yrs,we did a turn over of almost 55m. We are a limited liability company. |
